OUR MISSION
Provide faculty, staff and students with a resource center in which academic technologies can be reviewed and tested; and provide training in the pedagogical use of new and existing technologies to enhance the institute's ability to provide the best educational experience.

WHO WE SERVE
Both the Academic and Administrative communities of Rose-Hulman.

Our Services

  • Software Support: user-driven support information for student and faculty applications.
  • Hardware Support: in-house hardware for custom video editing, file conversion, flash projects and other digital file creation projects. Some hardware is also available for rent by faculty and staff.
  • Project Assistance: Primarily video development, common past projects have included video editing, media archiving and digitization. Requests may be submitted directly to the DRC.

The DRC is responsible for evaluating, promoting, implementing and supporting emerging technologies and practices that enhance classroom instruction and learning. We support institutional software packages for all campus employees. We also assist in the development of promotional, ceremonial and instructional video to further advance the institute.
